As part of Aparajito 24 Foundation’s ongoing commitment to the rehabilitation of our injured July Fighters, we successfully organized the second trauma-healing workshop titled- “Shono He Aparajito.” ![]()
The session was specifically designed to help our brave heroes navigate the complex emotions of post-revolution trauma, manage stress, and reclaim their sense of hope and resilience. For our fighters who have lost their eyesight, this session served as a vital step toward regaining mental strength and inner peace.
Venue: Dhaka
Date: November 20, 2025
Participants: 14 July Fighters (bilaterally blind) and our dedicated volunteers.
Workshop Highlights:
Mr. Saleh Siddique conducted deep brainstorming sessions on life, crisis management, and navigating long-term grief.
Dr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed shared clinical insights on managing PTSD, anxiety, and insomnia.
Healing Activities: Through sound therapy, meditation, and powerful storytelling, participants shared their personal journeys, fostering a deep bond of solidarity.
By the conclusion of the workshop, our fighters expressed feeling “mentally lighter” and more at peace. The overwhelming success of this session reinforces our resolve to continue these efforts.
We stand in eternal solidarity with our July Fighters. Their resilience is our inspiration, and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way
