On 17 July 2025, Aparajito 24 Foundation organized a day-long mental health workshop at its office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
11 fighters injured in the July uprising participated in this session. Beyond their physical injuries, the workshop focused on the psychological struggles they continue to face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Bangladesh, mental health often remains overlooked. Yet many of these fighters are dealing with intense stress, PTSD and the challenge of adapting to a completely new reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session was conducted by clinical psychologists Zohra Parveen and Farzana Sultana Nila. Under their guidance, the workshop was designed as a group therapy session creating a safe space where participants could share their experiences, support one another and begin rebuilding their inner strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this session, they found a space to speak openly,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to connect with others who truly understand<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and to regain the courage to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aparajito 24 Foundation has prioritized the mental well-being of July-injured fighters from the very beginning and this journey continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
