Najmus Sakib Bahauddin Ahmed (“Albab”) is the Chief of C-Suite Bangladesh and a purpose-driven leader focused on talent development and societal impact. He is the Founder of Bangladesh Cancer Aid Trust (BANCAT) and Co-Founder & Executive Director of Valor of Bangladesh. With nearly three decades of experience, he emphasizes purpose, values, and excellence in leadership. He began his career at ANZ Grindlays Bank as a Foreign Exchange Dealer and Treasurer. He later gained cross-industry expertise at MGH Group in logistics, supply chain, and administration. As an entrepreneur, he introduced Hallmark Cards in Bangladesh, transforming the greeting card market. He also served as Managing Director of Alliance Stitches Ltd in the RMG sector for a decade. A cancer survivor, his life purpose shifted toward humanitarian service and cancer awareness. He founded Lighthouse Bangladesh to empower future leaders through learning and development. During the pandemic, he led initiatives like Valor of Bangladesh to connect leaders and foster collaboration in a VUCA world.
