A conscious mindset is necessary to keep up with the rapidly changing norms, and only a culture of conscious behavior can foster and strengthen such mindset. Such a culture gives rise to an agile organization and creates a conduit for resilience. Over 180 minute session, it is designed to teach coping skills to help manage the feelings and side effects associated with an experience of reform, transformation, uncertainty, complexity and anxiety. This evidence-based program weaves together belief and skills for participants to practice applying the concept of Consciousness, Agility, Resilience and Patience.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
